Refund policy
Disclaimer: All of our items are vintage, and therefore some signs of wear and minor flaws are to be expected and do not constitute grounds for a return.
Emily Belinda does not accept returns unless the item(s) is damaged in transit or significantly not as described. In the event that an item(s) has been damaged in transit or is significantly not as described, please contact support@emilybelinda.com as soon as possible, including your order number and clear evidence of any damage or inaccuracies.
Return claims of the nature outlined above must be made within 7 days of delivery to be considered.
If you have changed your mind about a purchase or item(s), you will be able to exchange the item(s) for store credit. You will have 7 days from the delivery date to claim an exchange/store credit.
If a return claim is accepted you must ship the item(s) back to Emily Belinda within 7 days using a tracked method of shipping, at your own cost. Once the item has arrived back with us and been checked, you will be refunded in full, via your original payment method.
If an exchange claim is accepted you must ship the item(s) back to Emily Belinda within 7 days using a tracked method of shipping, at your own cost. Once the item has arrived back with us and been checked, you will be issued store credit for the total amount of your order, minus shipping costs.
Unauthorised returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
