  • When will my order be shipped?

    We aim to ship all orders, tracked, within 3 working days of purchase.

    You'll be notified when your package has been sent, and provided with tracking information. UK postage aims to deliver in 2-3 working days, and International postage aims to deliver in 5-10 working days.

    Please be aware that during busy periods shipping times may vary significantly from these estimates.

  • Do you accept returns?

    We do not accept returns unless an item is damaged in transit, or significantly not as described.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Please contact us as soon as possible at shopemilybelinda@gmail.com if there's been a mistake with your order or you wish to cancel it.

    We aim to accommodate these requests, but it will depend on how far into processing your package is.

  • Can I get early access?

    Our website subscribers will receive an early-access code to some of our collections.

  • Will I have to pay customs fees on my International order?

    Our international customers rarely receive customs charges, but it is a possibility. Fees and rates vary from country to country, but we always do our utmost to ensure you don't get any unexpected charges.

    Emily Belinda does not take responsibility for incurring customs charges on behalf of the buyer. If customs fees go unpaid and the package is returned to us, the buyer will be reimbursed only for the cost of the items, minus any potential courier fees.

  • My package hasn't arrived yet - when should I consider it lost?

    Don't worry - all our packages are sent tracked and insured, so in the unlikely event that your parcel is lost, you'll be refunded in full.

    Timeframes and deadlines for lost parcel claims will depend on when the item was sent, and which service was used.
